1. Order Processing and Fulfillment

    Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped within 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping Cut-off:
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) on weekdays will be processed the following business day.CONDITION:

  • Domestic Shipping:
    We offer express and standard shipping options within Canada.

  • International Shipping:
    We currently only ship within Canada.

  • Free Shipping:

    • Free shipping is available on orders over $99 (before tax) to addresses in Ontario, Quebec, Eastern Canada, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.

    • Free shipping is available on orders over $129 (before tax) to addresses in British Columbia and Alberta.

    • Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Northern Canada or remote locations.

  • Calculating Shipping Costs:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery:
    Delivery typically takes 2–13 business days, depending on order size, product availability, and destination.

  • Tracking Information:
    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Remote Locations:
    Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for delivery to remote regions.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Weight and Dimensions:
    Orders that exceed standard shipping dimensions may be subject to additional charges or special handling. Please contact us for large orders.

  • Prohibited Items:
    We do not ship hazardous materials.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Reporting Damage:
    If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item(s) to orders@gazellenutrition.com as soon as possible.

  • Resolution:
    Refunds or exchanges for damaged or missing items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy:
    For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on nutrition products.
