Gazelle Nutrition Lab (GNL) does not disclose, give, or sell any personal information about site visitors and, or clients. Gazelle Nutrition Lab can provide nutritional care data to outside health care providers (for example, a client’s family doctor, physiotherapist or naturopathic doctor) if requested by the client. Dietitians practicing at GNL are members of the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO) and as such may occasionally be subject to external audits as a part of its regulatory activities in the public interest. The CDO has it’s own strict confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Information submitted by clients or site-users on a voluntary basis is used for the purpose of providing you with information about GNL products and services and, or to formulate an individual nutritional care plan. Information from users is only maintained as needed to fulfill the aforementioned stated purpose.
