Shipping

If you’re looking at our shipping policy, that means you’ve found one of our awesome products. Yay! We aim to ship your purchase with “Usain Bolt-like” speed, but all stages of the journey are not in our control. So, please allow between 2-14 business days for your order to arrive depending upon your location and chosen method of shipping. If more than 14 business days have passed, please email us at info@gazellenutrition.com to review the status of your order.

Free Local Toronto Pick-Up- if you live in Toronto and would like to save on delivery charges please select “Local Toronto Pick-Up” at checkout and contact us at info@gazellenutrition to arrange a pick-up.

Please note: Should the shipping address be inputted incorrectly by the customer and the package returned to us, we will offer two options to the buyer: Re-ship the package at the customer’s expense or refund the order minus the shipping fees. Of course, if it was our mistake, we will offer two other options: Re-ship the package at our expense or refund your entire purchase, including shipping.

 

Returns

 

We want you to love your new item as much as we do. If however, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  • For a full refund or credit, please contact us at info@gazellenutrition within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software products.
  • All products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for refund or credit.
  • Unless the product is damaged, return shipping costs are at the recipient’s own expense. We recommend you use a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • We will arrange a refund, return, or replacement on any goods that arrive in faulty or damaged condition.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 4 business days after processing the return for the amount to appear in your account.
