Coconut Citrus Sports Drink

Energize your coconut water with this simple and delicious sports drink recipe! Enjoy this sports drink during exercise lasting longer than an hour or, as to rehydrate post-workout.
Sports drinks are the answer when you are looking to quench your thirst during a long training session. Water is enough for low-intensity or short workouts but prolonged exercise, especially in hot and humid weather, calls for a little more. Coconut Citrus Sports Drink
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Lemonade
- ¼ cup Orange juice
- 1 cup Coconut water
- ¾ cup Water
- 2 tsp. Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
- Pour all of the ingredients into a pitcher.
- Stir to dissolve the salt.
- Chill and serve.
